Tamika N. Washington, Esquire
Ms. Washington is a member of the Pennsylvania State and Federal Bars. She has a wide range of experience as an employment, probate, family and real estate lawyer. As an Assistant City Solicitor, Ms. Washington successfully litigated hundreds of child abuse and neglect cases on behalf of the Philadelphia Department of Human Services. She has questioned children and experts in complex issues such as drug abuse, mental health, and physical and sexual abuse of children. Shortly after her admission to the Pennsylvania Bar, she became the associate manager of a law firm, where she represented clients in employment discrimination, real estate, and trusts and estate law. Ms. Washington seeks to enrich her community, as she is involved in a number of organizations, including forming and organizing the Legal Ministry at Sharon Baptist Church in Philadelphia, where she serves as Co-Supervising Attorney.
